Scope: State of Ohio, Public Works.
Time Constraints: Subcontractors and Material men: Serve the Notice of Right to Lien upon the general contractor and public entity within 21 days, inclusive, of the first furnishing of labor, materials or services. The notice maybe served after that date, but your claim will cover materials or services provides 21 days prior and subsequently to the date of service. The notice also makes demand for a copy of the jobs surety bond.

Form Types: Notice of Right to Lien for Furnishing Labor, Materials or Equipment and Request for Copy of Payment Bond, Exhibits A-D (if needed) and Owner Letter (if used).
