Lien Program® Upgrades: FWM Software offers free upgrades for the first 12 months after purchase date for retail versions of this product. Upgrades consist of Mechanics Lien Statute Changes as well as Technical upgrades to keep current with the computer software and hardware industry. FWM Software strives to upgrade and to update our customers promptly and in a timely manner. If you have concerns about an upgrade please feel free to contact Customer Support.
Extended Support: After the first 15 months of the purchase date you have an option of renewing your support. The extended support consists of free technical support and free upgrades for one year. Please call customer support for prices and options on extending your support. FWM Software's support services are subject to FWM Software's then current prices terms, and conditions, which are subject to change without notice.
