In Lien Writer® Pro, since you are the company doing the claim, you may wish to have all documents shown as signed by you and coming from your company.  To do this is fairly simple:

To have all documents shown as signed by a representative of your company:

In the Program Set Defaults: Page 5 screen from the Main Menu / Setup / Defaults for Lien Writer Pro option, you can set the signer of the documents for each user.  NOTE: This must be done for every user in the system as the setup is local:

Default Signer:        Normally, Signer and Mailer defaults are drawn directly from the Company Table.  However, if you are using a network                                        with several users, it can become a nuisance to continually change signer and mailer names before you print a document.  If                                you have filled in the following default fields the company information is over-ridden and this data is used instead.

Filling in this field will set the default signer for the document;

Default Signer Title:        Normally, Signer and Mailer defaults are drawn directly from the Company Table.  However, if you are using a network with                                several users, it can become a nuisance to continually

change signer and mailer names before you print a document.  If you have filled in the following default fields the company                        information is over-ridden and this data is used instead.

Default Mailer:        Normally, Signer and Mailer defaults are drawn directly from the Company Table.  However, if you are using a network with                                several users, it can become a nuisance to continually

change signer and mailer names before you print a document.  If you have filled in the following default fields the company                information is over-ridden and this data is used instead.

Filling in this field will set the default mailer for the document.

Defaut Mailer Title:        Normally, Signer and Mailer defaults are drawn directly from the Company Table.  However, if you are using a network with                                several users, it can become a nuisance to continually

change signer and mailer names before you print a document.  If you have filled in the following default fields the company                information is over-ridden and this data is used instead. Filling in this field will set the default mailer title for the document.

The data entered here will replace all date for company’s where the signers and titles would normally be drawn from the Company record.

To have all documents shown as with the return address for your company:

of the Defaults for Lien Writer.  By clicking the Use for Mailer City, State field on page 4, you can define that all                        declarations will use the city and state of the Default Mailing Party. Especially handy for reseller services.  The default                is unchecked.

The data entered will replace all return address data for company’s address where the address is specified to be returned, not as the claimant’s legal address or the legally claiming parties.
